Help to preserve Tennessee history by becoming a member today!!

Dear American History Enthusiast:

Please consider becoming a member of Historic Carnton Plantation. Your valued membership helps make possible the preservation and operation of one of Middle Tennessee's most historic sites. Historic Carnton Plantation continues to need support from its members in order to provide educational programs to students and tours to thousands of visitors each year.

The past few years have been ones of tremendous growth and change at Carnton. Major projects include renovating the front and back porches of the historic mansion, installing a climate stabilization system in the house, renovating the slave house, continuing development of the recreated 1847 garden, and expanding our educational outreach programs for more than 3,000 students annually.

There is still much to be done and we need your help. We encourage you to become a member today! All memberships to Historic Carnton Plantation include unlimited admission to the site (restrictions apply) and a discount in our gift shop. A Carnton membership also makes a great gift!

We appreciate your support and hope you will participate in the preservation of one of Middle Tennessee's most significant sites, Historic Carnton Plantation.

Sincerely,

Angela Calhoun
Executive Director
